MOSI is a scientific playground were visitors can interact with more than 450 hands on exhibits including a replica of a Gulf Coast Hurricane. For the outdoor enthusiasts, the Hillsborough River runs through Temple Terrace and offers wonderful canoeing, fishing and small craft boating. The area's Lettuce Lake Park is perfect for hiking, bicycling and weekend picnics.

Temple Terrace is located about ten miles northeast of downtown Tampa. It
covers approximately 6 square miles and is comprised of about 20,400
residents. It is predominately a residential area with shopping areas such
as University Mall, and many commercial businesses and services. It is
also home to one of Florida's infamous theme parks, Bush Gardens which
