Angkor Archaeological Park is another great place to visit for a holiday Cambodia. This park has various ancient ruins of the Khmer civilization, expanding over 400 square kilometers. Located in the northern region of Cambodia, this archaeological park is one of the most significant sites in Southeast Asia.

Angkor Archaeological Park contains splendid remains of the Khmer Empire from the 9th to the 15th centuries. Here, one can also see the temples of Angkor Wat and Bayon, which are gorgeous and are very ornate. To get to Angkor, it"s about a 20 minute car ride from Siem Reap.
